Charles Gallard is a fictional character from the Legacy of Lunatara storyline. Being one of the Free-humans he has been traveling his whole life in search of somewhere to call home.

Basics
Appearance
Charles keeps his hair neck-long and always tidy just as the rest of his equipment. He wears a black armless robe with purple ornaments and a high collar, only partially showing his green eyes. His pants are adorned with chains, a way he used to draw attention to himself when he enters a room. On his hands he always wears a pair of black fingerless gloves and his magical book is always in his hands, ready to be used.
Biography
As a young child Charles traveled with his parents who took every opportunity they could to take him to a school, library or anything similar. He early showed skill in the use of magic and was sent between many academies as there were few who would keep a free-human for a longer period. After his parents died we wandered freely across Lunatara and one day he found a homeless girl a few years younger than him that was of interest to him. Her name was Sarah, another free-human who quickly developed skills in the art of scrying. She now follows him as his nurse/secretary and they have undertaken a quest to find out more about the chosen and how they will affect Terra’s future.
Magical Belongings
Amongst Charles magical belongings is a Book of Elemental Affinity, which increases his skill in all elemental spells even further. He also carries a Ring of the Weave which allows him to use magical energy even where the weave of magic is blocked by magical means.
Personality
There are few people who crave knowledge as much as Charles do. Being born of a people who are considered powerless he himself conider knowledge to be power and therefore wants to show everyone the Free-humans are not as weak as people think. He sees an opportunity to gain knowledge in any situation and in battle he plays more than battles to test out his powers to learn new ways to use them.
Fatalis: Elemental Cycle
An powerful offensive Fatalis that combines the four elements to unleash hell upon the battlefield. A rainstorm starts and vines sprout from the earth holding the effected which then sinks down in quicksand and held firmly in place. Wind blows in over them and freezes them and with the air filled with oxygen fire erupts all around, burning the vines and the people caught in them. As a finish the lightning strikes, damage increased from the wetness of the rain, and increases the strength of the burn from the fire.
