Althiril Spellsong is a fictional character from the Legacy of Lunatara storyline. He was born a noble of the Spellsong family in the Wood-elven capital of Sinaya, but later banished and now wanders the Lunatara continent in search for adventure. He is also featured in a short-story of his own, Althiril's Past, in which he himself retells the story of his youth and how we was banished from his homeland.

Basics
Appearance
Althiril keeps his hair in a wild style and with a length below the neck. In his right ear he has a inch-wide hole burned through the cartilage, a sign of the rogue lifestyle. He wears the classical Spellsong family outfit: Brown leather pants with a orange long-sleeved vest and a scale mail with a shoulder-pad on only the right side. He also wears black boots and ruby-ornamented leather gloves.
Biography
Born in the most noble family of Sinaya, Althiril and his sister Altheia were the pride of the Wood-elven capital. Althiril was banned from the capital and forced to live a life on the road. After finding a marble that turned him into the first user of Rune-magic and he began following the ways of the Dark Soul. Many years later, he met Talant in the desert of Razor Dunes and since then they have become almost inseparable.
Magical Belongings
As the son of the highest standing member of the Sinaya nobles Althiril was given the powerful rapier the Regal at a young age. It boosts the morale of its wielder and his companions and some of its other powers include improved piercing capability, superior sharpness and a grip that shocks anyone not of the Spellsong family that tries to wield it. He also wields the Pappenheimer, a blade that automatically parries incoming attacks if the wielder is physically capable to do it. Althiril also has a pair of magical gloves that increases his reaction and, at his will, makes time around him go slower.
His most prized possession is a Heart-seek locket which is attuned to his dead sister. He keeps it around his neck all the time and at least once a day takes it out to remind him of his sister who were really precious to him.
Personality
Althiril can be described as the quick-witted charmer, always quick to remark people’s faults and dodging conversations about his own. He is a well mannered man when needed but around friends he prefers to play with the wild side of his personality. His probably most noticeable feat is that he has a great influence over Talant, who he sees as his best friend, and always gets him in trouble and forces them to face the adventure that Althiril craves.
Fatalis: Dance of Leaves
A supportive Fatalis, when used Althiril gets surrounded by a gust of wind that carries leaves in it. These leaves drops dust on Althiril and make him move at great speeds. He first discovered his Fatalis at a fight against the Dark-elven god Kronos in which his sister got caught in danger.
